Aston Martin is the latest luxury sports car manufacturer to enter the SUV market. The British automaker has officially unveiled the DBX, its first-ever SUV in its 106 years of manufacturing, taking on the likes of Bentley Bentayga, Lamborghini Urus, Maserati Levante, and Rolls-Royce Cullinan.

The Aston Martin DBX boasts a 4.0-liter twin-turbo AMG-derived V8 engine, which delivers 542 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. Acceleration time of 0-60 mph takes just 4.5 seconds with a top speed of 181 mph.

The high-performance luxurious SUV comes with a 9-speed automatic transmission, a set of steel brakes, and an air suspension as standard which can be lifted up by a maximum of 45mm and lowered by 50mm. The DBX also features some off-roading technologies such as the Terrain, Terrain+, and hill-descent mode which makes it capable of handling all types of terrains. The SUV also comes with a number of options such as the Snow Pack which features a ski bag, roof-mounted ski rack and snow chains, and the traditional Touring pack which features a four-piece luggage set.
